Step One:
Planning and Consultation
Fill out my inquiry form here, then we will schedule an Initial consultation either through phone call or zoom. This will be to discuss the details to be included in the painting. Once you decide to hire me, then I will send a contract along with a deposit requirement.
One month before the event we will have a second phone call to verify same details in case that there has been any changes.
Step Two:
Before Your Event
Breto will arrive to your event two to three hours earlier in order to set up and begin painting live, so that way the background is captured and the details are captured before the event starts. As guests arrive, they will be able to capture the beginning stages and sketches ready to come alive.
Step Three:
During Your Event
Once the bride and groom comes then we will capture the moment which was previously agreed on, example, vows, first kiss, coming out of the isle, next to the cake, etc, and will begin painting that part for three to four hours. A total of six to seven hours together. Your family and friend will be able to walk around and see how the painting is progressing.
Step Four:
Studio Time
Most of the painting is finished at the event, then brought to the studio to give the final details and finishing touches ! My artistic style is impressionistic. Pets can also be added for free.
Step Five:
Enjoy your timeless keepsake
A digital proof of the preview will be sent two to three weeks after the event for your final approval. Once you approve the painting will be sealed, then we will ship or coordinate local pick up.

Live Painting Includes:
-Your size choice of a gallery wrapped canvas THE COLLECTION
(using professional quality water based acrylic paints)
-Consultation via phone or video call to go over vision and specification for your painting

–Travel distance up to 50 miles roundtrip from Miami, Florida (additional mileage will be listed on travel fee)
-$2,000,000 liability insurance coverage given to the venue or planner
-Option of having or not having the edges of canvas painted
-Up to seven hours of work on site (one hour allocated for preparing)
-Additional studio time for final details
-Final Digital Proof
-Sealing matte, satin or gloss finished to protect the painting
-Shipping costs within the continental US is included in the total price, or local pickup or delivery
